In order to improve the safety during operation, a special flame-retardant explosive as the charge of detonator is used to prevent the burning or explosion of marsh-gas, coal-dust or other inflammable mine. The detonator has good safety, high reliability and strong moisture resistance and also can achieve the effect of large-area millisecond blasting.
