High-strength shock tube (shorted as shock tube), which is made of polymeric material through hot squeeze drawing and then uniformly coated with a layer of a certain amount of explosive powder, is excited, chemical reaction in the explosive will instantly occur and the detonation wave of low energy will be transmitted at low velocity in the form of pipelining.

High-strength shock tube (shorted as shock tube), which is made of polymeric material through hot squeeze drawing and then uniformly coated with a layer of a certain amount of explosive powder, is excited, chemical reaction in the explosive will instantly occur and the detonation wave of low energy will be transmitted at low velocity in the form of pipelining. Shock tube is mainly used for connecting the explosive networks to initiate series of detonators, such as instantaneous plain detonator, millisecond delay detonator, half-second delay detonator and second delay detonator. Shock tube shall not be used in the places where explosion hazard of marsh gas, coal dust and other dangerous mine-dust exists.
