Seismic Electric Detonator is the special-purpose explosive materials designed for applying to the blasting operations of geologic survey, oil exploration and other mineral prospects. It is used for initiating a seismic cartridge to produce seismic waves which can be used for drawing sectional view of geological structure and measuring the distribution of petroleum and other mineral resources. The product contains a special electric ignition element. It is good at synchronized ignition and has strong resistances to radio frequency and static electricity. The functioning time is not large than 0.6ms.

Electrostatic Resistance Performance: When charge a capacitor to 500pF capacitance with 25KV charging voltage and with 5KΩ series resistance in circuit and perform discharge between lead wire with shell, the detonator shall not explode.

Series Initiating Current: When 20 detonators are connected in series with 3.5A constant D.C.current, all 20 detonators shall explode.

Water Resistance Performance: 30m deep water for 72 hours

Functioning Time: ≤0.6ms.
