When using, it is necessary to recognize the section markings on the detonator, strictly follow the blasting plan for segmented loading, and use the designed connection method for connection. Be sure to prevent the mixing of series, mixed sections, or wrong sections to ensure the blasting effect.
During the operation, it is necessary to avoid scratching, damaging, or killing the plastic detonating tube. At the same time, it is forbidden to put sand, mud, water, oil, or debris into the detonating tube hole to avoid affecting the detonation effect. It is strictly prohibited to cut off the detonating tube at will.
When using detonators to detonate the detonating tube network, it is necessary to ensure that the distance between the detonator of the detonating tube and the bundled end of the detonating tube is not less than 375px, and measures should be taken to prevent the detonating tube from being broken by the concentrated energy hole of the detonator. The detonating tube should be evenly laid around the detonator and firmly tied with adhesive tape, etc. A maximum of 20 detonating tubes can be tied on the outside of each detonator.
When using plastic connection blocks for connection, it is necessary to ensure that the explosion-proof tube is firmly connected to the plastic connection block to prevent it from falling off during use.
If a mixed detonating network of detonating tubes and detonating cords is used, it is recommended to use double stranded detonating cords to form a circular detonating network, and the detonating tubes and detonating cords should be vertically connected by a single strand.
After completing the network connection, it is necessary to check and confirm that there are no errors before using the firing device to detonate. When pressing the firing device, others must maintain a safe distance.
