In six wells selected from the same formation and the same block in the Yanchang Oilfield, under otherwise identical conditions and over a 34-month continuous tracking period, the three wells using coaxial perforation technology (Wells -4, -5, and -6) achieved a cumulative oil production of 4,364.16 tons, while the three wells using conventional perforation (Wells 2242, -2, and -3) produced a cumulative total of 1,318.51 tons. This demonstrates that wells perforated with coaxial enhanced perforating charges significantly outperform those with conventional perforation in terms of production, exhibiting slower decline and longer stable production periods.
